Entry of May 26, 2012: I Learned My Lesson
I Finally learned my lesson about acting off emotions.
Small shit. I was so frustrated that my phone kept coming up as an unblocked number that I Googled how to unblock it. I followed the directions but instead of fixing the problem, it only made it worst. Instead of unblocking my number, all the data from my phone ended up getting erased. I was stupid. I should’ve just ignored the urge to resolve the issue KNOWING THAT I WAS GETTING A NEW PHONE WITHIN A MATTER OF A FEW DAYS. All I had to do was WAIT! But because I was so impatient, I chose to act.
It’s one of the dumbest things I ever did because when I thought about what I did, I found out that there was no point in even trying to mess with my phone. It’s SMALL shit. But it’s the Small things that lead to BIG problems. I acted off of emotion, & even though it was with something Small, a phone, it’s still a BIG deal because it shows that I am a person who acts off emotion.
I learned that it no matter what, no matter the size of the problem, NEVER under ANY circumstances Act Off Emotion.
I know I did this with something small, but says ALOT, because what if a BIG problem comes? Am I going to act off emotion? My answer from now on will be NO. I just have to relax & let it all go.
I have to do better.
